  • How can I return my products?
    The products to be returned must be packed completely and undamaged with their box, packaging, standard accessories and invoice, if any, and delivered to the cargo. Returns are not accepted on personalized products.

  • How Long Can I Return a Product?
    The products you have purchased 14 days You have the right to return it. After your return request is approved, the products must be returned in full with the invoice, original box, packaging and all standard accessories. 10 days must be delivered to us.

  • What are the Return Conditions?
    There is absolutely no return process for used products that have lost their originality and do not have a label on them.

    Returns of products that are damaged (torn, deformed, broken, etc.) due to use are not accepted.

    Domestic Cargo Return shipments are free of charge.  The payment of return shipments sent through other shipping companies belongs to the sending party; Counter-paid shipments will not be accepted.

    In accordance with legal regulations, all orders are shipped with delivery note and invoice. Make sure that you have the original documents sent to you in the return process. There are no refunds for products without an invoice.

  • Will I Pay the Shipping Fee for the Product I Will Return?

    The reflection time of the refund to your card account or bank account may vary depending on your bank.

    If you have made your payment in installments using a credit card, the entire amount is paid by us to the bank of your credit card in one go. After this stage, the bank deposits this amount to your credit card in the amount of installments every month.
    This process continues for the duration of the number of installments.
