This Transaction Guide has been prepared to keep you up-to-date in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce .
FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
TECHNICAL STEPS TO FOLLOW
In order to establish a Distance Sales Contract, you must first select the product or products you wish to purchase from our website.
If there are any model, pattern or similar options for the product or products you have selected, you must specify them. Otherwise, the system will prompt you to specify these preferences. If you want to purchase more than one product, you can increase the number with (+) or decrease it with (-).
If you select an incorrect product or product option, you can delete the product from your cart by going to your Shopping Cart and clicking the "X" button on the right side of the product you want to remove from your cart.
Click “Buy” to complete your shopping; click “View Cart” to review your shopping cart. Click “Buy” to complete your shopping.
You can continue by entering your e-mail address and password in the Login section on the page that opens. If you do not have a membership to our site, you can register for membership by clicking the "New Membership Registration" button at the bottom right.

After you create a membership, you will be directed to the home page of our site. You can access your cart by going to the SHOP section from this page.
You can complete your shopping by clicking the "buy" button while in your cart.
You need to complete the address information on the page that opens. If you wish, you can enter your company and phone information and add your discount code, if you have one, to the section on this page.
It is necessary and important to enter the address information completely and accurately. If the address sections are not filled in, the system will warn you.
However, the system warning is about whether the information has been entered or not; you need to check that the information is complete and accurate. Therefore, before moving on to the next step, be sure to check that your information has been entered correctly and completely. If you think there is an error or deficiency in your delivery address and billing address information, you can go back and re-enter your information.
Once all the information is entered, the process is completed and you can proceed to payment transactions by clicking on the "continue with payment" and then the "pay now" button.
In order to complete the payment process, you must first select your payment option; then read and approve the "preliminary information form" and "distance sales contract". If you do not approve, the system will warn you.
After you give these approvals, the total amount of the basket will be charged according to the selected payment method and the sales transaction will be completed.
ACCESS TO CONTRACT TEXTS AND STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT
The contracts you approve electronically on our website will be sent to the e-mail address you specify. You can also access sample forms of the contracts from the homepage of our website. The Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract prepared for your approved orders are kept in our Company records for three years. You can access them from the “my orders” section of our website .
PRIVACY RULES AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION METHODS

If you notify us of all your requests and complaints regarding the contracts you have approved electronically on our website by calling Customer Services or sending them to us through the channels in the Contact section , we will be happy to meet all your applications.
Apart from this, you also have the right to apply to mediation within the framework of the Law on Mediation in Legal Disputes No. 6325 and the relevant legislation, or to apply to the Provincial and District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in your place of residence within the legal monetary limits, in terms of contracts such as the Membership Agreement and Distance Sales Agreement that you have approved electronically on our website. In disputes that are not within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees, it is mandatory to apply to mediation before filing a lawsuit in the Consumer Court.
